蒂明金博士是在教育学院教育和终身学习教育的讲师，UEA。她在UCL教育学院完成了博士学位作为一百个百年学者。然后，她成为达勒姆大学研究的助理教授，与英国学院博士后奖学金奖。Tinghe的研究专门从事学生和教师身份看的跨文化教育。她的研究还将跨文化视角与教学发展和教师的专业发展联系起来。她目前正在进行一项由英国学院资助的研究项目，重点是来自跨文化和历史观点的英国汉语研究课程和教育学的发展。She has been awarded by the British Academy’s Humanities and Social Sciences Tackling Global Challenges Programme to conduct a research project on health and well-being of adolescents learning online during COVID-19 pandemic in China starting from March 2021. She is also the founding president of the Chinese Educational Research Association in the UK and has co-edited books and journal special issues addressing issues and developments in Chinese educational research. Her recent book ‘Interculturality in Learning Mandarin Chinese in British Universities’ was published with Routledge in November 2020.
